How to limit upload speed?
Because too fast upload speeds, adjust the program stops frequently:(

whats you upload and how are you wanting to limit them?

software is not the best tool to do this with, and HFS is limited in that section.

your better off with a ddwrt router with those access the port your running the site and limiting the connection that way...

other wise you will have to address the limits in HFS, which i don't recommend touching.

only "download" (serving) speed can be limited, sorry.
Upload speed limit is not offered by HFS.
I don't exclude you could find other softwares that can limit HFS bandwidth. I saw one once, but it was not free.
