the one running on the background, is the old version or updated version?

It is the new one.
The text in Process explorer is always"hfs.new.exe", not the exe name(hfs.exe).

This error seems to be a bit confusing...

Hi maksim. Don't worry your English is easy to understand :D :D
I agree with you. A search feature would be great!

the "search" is already in the to-do and has been discussed
why don't you start using the search feature of the forum in the while? ;)

Hi rejetto,
Today I tried to merge some of my old vfs's. I noticed some other bug there:
If one vfs has a comment for the root folder(the "/"), and after it a vfs without a comment in root is loaded, the comment is not removed as it should be. If I use "Clear VFS" before loading the second one, everything works fine.

Even if there are some minor probs, I can't say it often enough: THANK YOU FOR HFS! :^^:

PS: Is there any summary of the auto-generated files like ~imgxx,~img_folder,~files.lst etc.?
Cheers,

Martok

O hi rejetto,

I manage to solve my problem, I was on easy mode, should have changed to expert mode in order to use custom address.

excellent piece of art, do you collect donations???

I loving this piece of software and would like to pay a little$$ for your hardwork even though this is a GPL license

many people had this problem.
from next beta, if HFS detects an upgrade, it will default to expert mode instead of easy mode
Code: [Select]
// i was already seeing all the stuff, so please don't hide it
if build < '006' then easyMode:=FALSE;

beta33 @ www.rejetto.com/temp/hfs2.0beta33.zip

what's new
- ban list was unproperly saved in configuration
- loading a new VFS didn't discard completely old settings

Hey rejetto,

just to tell you, updating worked very fine this time. Did you change something in the updating process?
Very nice work!

Happy new year 2006 and all the best to you and yours!

Is there a function that users can logout of the system?

I use FF and can't logout, so everyone on the computer i come on and login to can use the system.

I don't want this so can you please fix a logout thing or so, or can you make it that when the browser closes it deletes your "visit"

Greetz,
