Here is the HFS forum (HFS ~ HTTP File Server), it's an http server running mainly on Windows OS.
Your question seems to concern the partitioning system HFS+ ... You will easily find an answer by making your query on a search engine.

Try to change port 443 to another port (tcp).
Open it on the internet in your box / router
Then restart a new configuration.
The 443 seems already used on your machine.
To translate HFS into Russian language, you can consult the following links:

Nouveau:
- Options > nouvel onglet 'Configuration Utilisateur' (nouvelle fonctionnalité amenée par Mars, merci à lui 😉)
- À la demande de plusieurs utilisateurs (Danny, Leo, etc.):
Menu principal > Options de débogage > Désactiver les services externes (déconseillé) > Désactiver IP_SERVICES_URL
Menu principal > Options de débogage > Désactiver les services externes (déconseillé) > Désactiver SELF_TEST_URL
- Correction de 2 petits bugs dans hfs:
Plus de doublons dans 'Adresses personnalisées'.
Lors de la suppression d'un compte DDNS, le mot de passe est désormais également supprimé de la configuration.

Rejetto has published only English versions.
You must use a version published by another programmer / user.
The latest version (2.3m) allows to translate in part HFS with a file named hfs.lng
LeoNeeson may be able to tell you more about the creation / use of this file.
I use another localization system for my releases, I have not studied much that chosen by rejetto.
My releases can be translated into Chinese language. I put the necessary online as soon as possible.
You will only have to re-read this thread and follow what is indicated if you are trying to translate it.
HFS is open sources.
