RAWR-Designs / RAWR Template Need Help Setting It Up

I have the RAWR template installed I can only use the red blue how would I go about testing out the others ones
No idea how to get the player working
Want Shoutbox removed & at top were it says HTTP File Server I want it change to DJboutit File Server

I have 2.2f that is the version on the website when I try to update though the program is says I have the most recent version where can I get 2.3

Set max file size for uploads
Set how much users can download in 24hrs
Set which file extensions you allow to be uploaded with check boxes
The programs needs some custom templates to make the web page for your server look more professional they need to be previews of each one
