russian language pack installed

i just installed the russian language pack for the new forum.
i hope all is ok with it.
Click Profile -> Account Related Settings -> Preferred Language
you can see 2 versions. one is UTF8 the other it is not. don't ask me which one. try yourself.

can someone reply here translating the message to russian?

rejetto только что установил русский языковой пакет для нового форума.
Надеется, что с ним все в порядке.
Заходите в Profile -> Account Related Settings -> Preferred Language
Там увидите две версии: одна из них в UTF8, вторая нет. Какая из них какая - не спрашивайте, пробуйте сами.
