there's a little confusion due to the fact we say "tpl" as short for "template".
he wrote "diff tpl" meaning "diff template", while "hfs.diff.tpl" is the only file name available.
both real and virtual folder let you specify the diff tpl inside the properties.
again, both let you type there a filename (full path) that contains the diff tpl. Like C:\myfile.txt
while real folder have one more way: you can just put a file named "hfs.diff.tpl" inside the folder.
