HFS ~ HTTP File Server / jquery taking 2 seconds to load

Hello, I'm noticing a lengthy load time "waiting" for the /?mode=jquery request. Is this a normal behavor? or did i set it up wrong? This occurs while connected to domain, ip, and localhost. any info would be helpful
