a small problems for hfs please help me

first of all,i would like to said that this hfs is very good and it is very helpful for me and my friend.

i am using the hfs.however,i found that i can't delete the file from my account that i have uploaded before.it is a big problems for me .please help me  

also,i would like to know whether there is anyone operate a server with hfs to your friend .i would like to do this and the serve is placed in my home using my electricity and my network.the price was quite high but i can still afford.however,i can't run the system in long terms so i think is there any idea or plan for me to run the system for long terms with less price?

to delete files over HFS (via browser) you have to go for HFS 2.3
i guess you are using 2.2

i didn't understand the price thing, but i fear i can't help with it
