Found the solution in another thread:

So, the curl command that works, for me, is:

curl -F fileupload1=@Fedora-10-i386-DVD.iso -F press="Upload files" http://<IP ADDRESS>/<FOLDER>/

Also, just to note, there's no username/password required on the folder at present.
