safety: incoming ip management

I'm using vibestreamer for my music sharing and wondering whether HFS couldnt copy a similar future: only allowing specified IP addresses to download/upload?

and thanks for any donation you did.
you will find rules for IP addresses under name "ban".
a rule like this
\10.0.0.*;192.168.0.*

will allow only specified addresses, because of the starting "\" character.
without the "\" it would BLOCK those addresses, while with it, it ALLOWs.
