DESCRIPT.ION is broken for builds 221 and 222

1. Support DESCRIPT.ION is enabled in the virtual file system
2. Sub-directories containing for example music and video files have valid DESCRIPT.ION files  (these are not empty files and they were never deleted remotely)
3. These DESCRIPT.ION files were properly displayed from beta build's 220 and before
4. Builds 221 and 222 are not reading the valid DESCRIPT.ION files

i was not able to reproduce the problem, so i changed method, and analyized differences between #220 and #221.
i think i found the problem, and fixed.
if i'm correct, the problem applies only to names with spaces (or anyway, those that are "quoted" inside the descript.ion file).
can you confirm this?
if yes, consider it fixed in next build.

i meant: try a file without spaces, and see if the comment is displayed for it

In build 221 & 222 .. DESCRIPT.ION Comment is displayed if:

1. All spaces are removed from the actual filename of the file.
2. All quotes are removed from within the descript.ion file.
3. All spaces are removed from the filename shown within the descript.ion file.

Is this what you fixed when you said fixed in next build above?
