Can connect only in netzwork

I get only a url which belongs to my network ip.. So i can only connect in my network and not on web.. Maybe is has something to do witch my router. (it can only see the standard ip adress 192.168.2.1).. Does someone knows how to find out my(internet) ip?  :roll:
