i have removed every single limit
i scanned the log for 403 status code error and there are none
the person who visits my site will get the access denied message and i check the log and its status is 200
so the log is not truly indicative of the access denied error message.
i myself get them too, i check the log for last entry which was me and its status is 200. its like HFS did its job of fething the data but did not log the error.
i've got it set to no limits and will give it more tests to see if i can reproduce.

all i can think of, its got to be a problem with the rawr template
when i use the vanilla plain hfs template i never see the access denied but when i use rawr template i get access denied.
