Bug reports / File upload doesen`'t work properly on new beta version HFS

Hello. On the newest beta version file upload works bad.
1. File upload has no progress bars, just "Uploaded 0; Queued: 0"
2. File actually uploads but it is possible to delete via http site (gives error "Not found" (screenshot 2)) . But you can only delete file via explorer.exe on server.
Tried:
Reinstalling, deleting file systems, templates.
Please tell me the version with new template and unicode. I updated for unicode and new template. Unicode works, thank you, but upload is unfortunately bugged. Thank you
