This topic is only to announce, don't report bugs here, dont' ask for feature, just stay in topic  ::)

Folks, version 2.1 has now been declared stable and released to the world out there.

The better way to upgrade is to click on the "check for news/update", then reply yes to the "update?" dialog.

If you want to download it: www.rejetto.com/hfs/?f=dl

what's new
- improved usability
- improved self-test
- comments in external files
- icon masks
- recursive listing
- fingerprints
- diff template
- much more.... see the extended what's new list

Hi Rejetto,

Well done. Congratulations on HFS 2.1.

However I have found one problem. People can view the 'File List' even if they are not logged in.

The source file becomes a link cutting.

Please supplement.

I hope.

A new build has been uploded,
fixing a bug reported here at http://www.rejetto.com/forum/index.php?topic=3796.new#new

Well, it was because of an unreported (and untested) new feature introduced directly in the final version: now 127 characters in the tray icon hint instead of 63.
I'm sorry, I hope this won't cause problems anymore.

i think the best thing to check for updates is to use the command "check for news/updates" inside HFS.
it is faster and take care of the build.

i will add the "Build" on the website.

version 2.1a has been published.
no new feature, just bugfixes.

what's new
* "Keep old version updating" now disabled by default
- forged html could let upload were not allowed
- with port different than 80 and "include password in pages" enabled, port was included twice
- was unable to interpret no-ip response
- problems with unicode encoding of special ascii characters
- characters in the "UP" link were not properly encoded
