Title: Annoying warning when using STunnel
Post by: day on December 08, 2007, 02:35:38 AM
Is it possible to avoid a warning like this except buying a cert?

Im not sure how to stop that message from appearing with out getting a certificate from a trusted source but I would go and have a look at the STunnel website and see what that says

No.  That alert is a security feature of the browser and has nothing to do with stunnel.  If the certificate isn't in the list of trusted certificates shown in your browser, that alert will pop up.  Once the user saves the certificate as trusted in his browser, the next time he comes to your site the alert won't be shown.
