How to remove comment?

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but how do you get rid of a comment from the web interface?

option.comment=1   to   option.comment=0

So there is no way to remove a comment once it has been added from the web interface?  What you purpose appears to turn comments off completely.

why not re-edit the comment to be blank?

is that even possible?

did you make you comment in hfs VFS, or via a text file?

have a look at [ajax.move|no log] section in default template

this section manages and moves  files by using the comment seting

{.set item|full_filename|comment=.}

if user can upload files in a folder , he hass access to modify comment of files after upload

if i recall correctly, when you set an empty comment, it is actualy deleted

From my experience, that is correct. Using the default template, just select the file(s) you want to delete the comment on, and click the "comment" button.  Delete all the text in the pop-over box, and close it.  That should be all.
