HTML & templates / thoughts? python joining the html code side
« on: July 07, 2020, 09:48:55 AM »
my thoughts are interested as I will begin a new test with his js and python:

Basically someone coded a python runtime in Javascript

No installation is required for Brython. Just import the script inside <head> :
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”">
Running Brython
In order for Brython to convert and evaluate the Python code as if it were normal JS, we need to call brython right when the document’s body loads, like so:
<body onload=”brython()”>

Might be a new way to run php

HFS ~ HTTP File Server / adding mime types to next release
« on: September 02, 2015, 08:32:56 PM »
Hey rejetto

Awesome work as always with the progression of HFS

I was wondering thought if it at all possible to add some mime types as default to the next release

such as Microsoft iss list of mime types.

i recall some old post and other where HFS user required some mime types, and was wondering if your willing to add some to the next release?

such as document files ie
docx / pdf /

or audio/video files:

just a suggestion.
Thank you for your hard work on this.

Everything else / Google code shutting down
« on: March 14, 2015, 01:47:15 AM »
*This is the first time, i've see/ herd that google is shuting down one of there services...
For those that are using google code... please refer to this email that i have received...

In programming and tryign to program, google code was a great place to get codes and other files!...

Google Code

Earlier today, Google announced we will be turning down Google Code Project Hosting. The service started in 2006 with the goal of providing a scalable and reliable way of hosting open source projects. Since that time, millions of people have contributed to open source projects hosted on the site.

But a lot has changed since 2006. In the past nine years, many other options for hosting open source projects have popped up, along with vibrant communities of developers. It’s time to recognize that Google Code’s mission to provide open source projects a home has been accomplished by others, such as GitHub and Bitbucket.

We will be shutting down Google Code over the coming months. Starting today, the site will no longer accept new projects, but will remain functionally unchanged until August 2015. After that, project data will be read-only. Early next year, the site will shut down, but project data will be available for download in an archive format.

As the owner of the following projects, you have several options for migrating your data.

The simplest option would be to use the Google Code Exporter, a new tool that will allow you to export your projects directly to GitHub. Alternatively, we have documentation on how to migrate to other services — GitHub, Bitbucket, and SourceForge — manually.

For more information, please see the Google Open Source blog or contact

-The Google Code team

You have received this mandatory email service announcement to update you about important changes to Google Code Project Hosting.

QuoteThank You
Hey Guys,

I've been following this guide

and I'm stuck in Step 4 currently. I have a Linksys E2500 router and I tried using this

But it seems that all my ports are closed and I've tried a million different things and nothing. I can't externally access my publicIP:8080

I don't know what else I can try at this point.

Any help will be very much appreciated,

Although i was unsuccessful at setup and configure the latest source build to compile here are some helpful informations...

from post:
Probally should be its own post...

launch tdrun.exe

Thank you again!
To whom it may concern i though that other users may want the terminal comand line version along with this portable version...

Befeore you continue to ensure that you don't corupt youyr system PLEASE DO A SYSTEM RESTORE!

as we/ you will need to add files to your windows system32 folder!

these files are needed in system32 to sucessfuly use the source batch script comand line:
brcc32 data.rc
dcc32 hfs.dpr
---(which is used and the process to compile and make it an excutable!)---
(esentail the entire bin except 2 files [dcc32.cfg and dcc32])

you will need to edit 1 of thoses files and added it to system32 (this is the esentilaconfig file for dcc32 which puts the paths and directiories...

downlaod the required files:

wokring config file(for me atleast):
--------------CFG File (dcc32.CFG)

//Use package
-LU vclx100

//Unit directories
-U"C:\Windows\System32\Turbo Delphi Portable\lib";"C:\Windows\System32\Turbo Delphi Portable\lib\Obj";"C:\Windows\System32\Turbo Delphi Portable\Imports"

//Package DPL output directory
-LE"C:\Windows\System32\Turbo Delphi Portable\Projects\Bpl"

//Package DCP output directory
-LN"C:\Windows\System32\Turbo Delphi Portable\Projects\Bpl"

//EXE and DLL output directory
-E "C:\Users\User\compiled"

//Resource directories
-R ""

//Object directories

//Include directories

You will also need this (the program that mars has shared in the quoted text - nothing changed just another download link if needed...)

download file:

Now you have delphi 6 command live compiler via cmd dcc32 version 18....

will add all the lib when i have them to make it easyer to downlaod and program and edit the soure!
(still having isues on that...)
Modify message

i later sent up my libs folder...
redid my windows and cleaned up my paths where my files are (same issues and recompiling issue...

Eventualy help and found this:
Quote from: "alkimiya"
Libs used
- TWsocket, by François Piette
- VirtualTreeview and ColorPickerButton, by Mike Lischke
- RegExpr, by Andrey V. Sorokin
- JVCL, by Project JEDI
- MD5, by Matthias Fichtner
- PNGunit, by Jack Goman and Edmund H. Hand

from &RQ:s about box :)

Oh !  ;)
Links, for programmers:
VirtualTreeview and ColorPickerButton:

But where to find PNGunit ? The page
is no longer exist...

Which was okay, i took the longer way around and/or used these sites upon eventauly finding them...

Issue trying to compile it:

all goes fin until jclntfs:
[Pascal Fatal Error] JclNTFS.pas(50): F1026 File not found: ''

simple code issue not finding fileas at paths:
unit JclNTFS;

changed line 50

{$I C:\Windows\System32\Turbo Delphi Portable\lib\}

(which is wehre the libs and jcl files are)

which then turned into error this:

[Pascal Fatal Error] JclNTFS.pas(50): F1026 File not found: 'C:\Windows\System32\Turbo.pas'

Upon searching turbo.pascal is a compile program by itself  and as such i gave up on tryign to compile it...

Either i did wrong by trying to correct the pascal file and messed up my entire resource that may or may not have pointed to turbo.pas

or there is an issue within the jedi sourcforge package that may finish the ability to compile it...

Either or this is just information nothing more

Just curious if anyone has setup or started doing something that might enable a count.. (No i don't need a count, jsut want to see if there is a way to add too it...

I have a download link a Http:/

I want to program a way so when a "guest/user" clicks to access the file that the webpage goes to:

then the next time a user goes to it:

And continually going up...

Possible using VBA with a code like:

Sub URL()

Dim URL As String
Dim count as interger
Dim urlpath as string

URL = ""

count code code

urlpath = URL + count ...etc...

Just curious if anyone may have a solution to it or have a programmed idea on how to "html web code it"

as i haven't started searching on it...

If it can't be done with programming in a website, then i can see it being a option in hfs:
(It could be a program serve things that can be implemented) i can see an option in the  hfs menu item being "add a ?# to download links".....

Any Thoughts or ideas?

Hello, i have re downloaded the current build of fhfs and though i should post my two bins to update and secure you fhfs form the heratblead virus going around!

FHFS version 2.1 is using openssl 1.0.1e and stunnel (2/3 i don't remember), but it is older enough to be vurnalable to attack!

Here are the zipped file contents ( i have tested and it works!at least for me)

just copy and replace and fhfs should be working fine!
Download the zipped files:

Open your fhfs director
Mine happens to be C:\Program Files\FHFS
look for the folder:

extract the corresponding file into theses folder to upgrade them to the secure one!

*Raybob if possible can you re-added/update to include stunnel 5.1 and open ssl 1.0.1g?

zip files soon

copy the 2 dll files and the openssl.exe file to the place where openssl is located and tada, you are no longer vulnerable...

(Form silentplz and his "s" button to upgrade stunnel!)

FHFS / FHFS how to change user acount folder file paths?
« on: June 12, 2014, 01:21:46 AM »
I would like to know how/where i need to go and what to do to change my admin folder ".root" to a different file path

Orginal located at /.root

I want it at /Users/.root

(Also want to put all new users and previous (i don't have any previous users...) to that path)
Any help would be appreciated...

Also, another user is haveing a similar issue:

this user wants the accounts moved to
/webbox/"%user_folder" instead of /%user_folder

thank s in advance! :)

I will put instruction to setup files in html and have a base example ready to download latter...

Using live template version 3.0.1

you will need:
adobe reader installed
vlc installed (this should fix browser plugins)
live template 3.0.1 / (or other compatible html video player)

here is a help full site of some of many "mime types" that will need to be added or changed!

hfs > menu > Other options > mime types

put a check mark in the box ("Open directly in browser when MIME type is defined")
added/change (see picture of the mime types)

Video Player
to use the embed video a client(a machine that will connect to hfs) machine needs a working "codec video player such as "vlc"

Password protected resource
create a "new empty folder" (!NOT A REAL FOLDER!)
Create user accounts and assign them to this folder (Only IF you don't want this open to the "Public")

Add the real folder to where you want your music/movie files to be at...
(using live template)- the tpl has a java/flash based video player that will auto play and have download link...

html code:
!!!NEW: Just found this link very help ful for "beginer in embending video files!!!

(unknown as it depends on client machine and don't feel like programming and/or sharing)
Google it plenty of helpful places.... and or use a "M3U" playlist file....

To use a pdf in a web browser you will need this software:

now for the html code:
a real folder with your "*.pdf" file in it
right mouse click "properties" the pdf folder > different templates tab

put this html code in:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
<html xmlns="">
<meta name="generator" content="HTML Tidy for Linux (vers 25 March 2009), see" />
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<title>PDF SAMPLE</title>
<br />
<embed width="100%" height="700" name="plugin" Title="Resume" src="" type="application/pdf">
<br />

You will need to setup the pdf document to be view able in a web page:

Edit > Prefference > Documents > (make sure htis box is checed)! Save as optimizes for Fast Web View

File > save as > same file it enables the web code in the pdf...
now open
(assume you have adobe reader installed... the pdf is now displayed in the browser...)

A download link of a pre set up version will be available shortly...
username and password if asked:
username: test
password: test

hfs mime

*it is better to put the zip files in this path:
C:\hfs\*"contents of zip"
 hfs 2.3
(sample pdf and movie/musi files (randomly download from google...))

Good luck and have fun! :)
