i have lost after the accounts have reinstalled Windows.
why are all these things not in the. vfs file stored at the one does not need to set up everything again  ??

Use ' menu -> save options -> to file ' to save your accouts and settings!

in order to get everything saved, you must save both your file system and hfs.ini

hfs.ini holds everything that has to do with configuration, options and users

the filesystem.vfs holds all file and folder related values, accessrights, counters etc.
