Make sure to go through the usual round of verifying the account information and hostname are entered correctly in HFS. Also, have you tried and experienced the same issue with DynDns's update client at http://www.dyndns.com/support/clients/windows.html ?
I'm at work right now so I can't poke around my own HFS to offer further assistance.
Does the old version uses the same port as the new one? Make sure they are both running on the same port. (if the old one runned at port 8080, then make sure the new one also runs on 8080)Yeah, exactly the same port.

Just create one account (Example: "Login") and set a password for it, next thing you have to do is restrict access to the root for user "Login".Multiple users for one account? That's what I've been worry about.
