Sometimes I want HFS auto start and be invisible from the desktop ,so I wish HFS have a option to start up with stealth mode to hide tray icon.

And can turn the Stealth mode off, select HFS from the Start / Programs menu  or other way to restore tray icon.

Not good, as it could be misused to open a backdoor in a remote PC.

if somebody want to do bad thing,he still have other http and ftp server with stealth mode to use.

Anything has two sides. Just like gun,it can kill people and also guard people.

In case of misuse, HSF can have a option to select or diable stealth mode by user. This is only for normal user,No tools can entirely prevent the deliberate misuse.

How? :P when it's supposed to be hidden.

if you are into stealthing, why don't make or use a generic utility to hide applications, instead of hoping for a specific option in every app you need?
