Can't access on asian labguage file system

It's seems can't access any doublebyte character (asian language) naming file system (both folder and file), could this add to your To Do List?  

It's a very useful software, keep going...!

doublebyte? is it a unicode standard?
i don't have a way to test anything about it, and i have no experince
an asian maybe could help me
sources are open and help would be welcome
