Creating folder and rename option for it?

So basically i was able to add a code to for new folder but only makes it with a name i predefine(mkdir/new folder for example).I don't have any knowledge of java script to pop-up window or something asking for a name of the folder.And a simple rename button only for folders(don't need rename for files and i guess would be more difficult to make).
I need the very basic thing of this and if someone can help it would be very cool.

use HFS 2.3, it already has that feature.

I'm using template that didn't have this but know i'll look the code and hopefully integrate it in the template.

I'm still new in programming but i'll get better and if i can make hfs as i like it ,i'll continue adding stuff in it and will provide them here in forum(mainly in the live template).
