Title: Download limit for files

Is there anyway to limit the times a user can download a file ?  If there is I could not find it.

i would just say "nope, sorry".
but you wrote in the "programmers corner" forum board, so i say "if you are good at scripting, i think there's a way of getting such feature. Are you?"
