RAWR Template 0.1.0 Slower?

Does anyone else have this problem? After using this template download speed dropped dramatically. :-[ The speed is even slower via localhost. anyone know the reason?

the template shouldnt have any impact on the upload/download speed of hfs.

This template is as lightweight as the day it was built. And foggy is right about that, the HFS download speeds arent effected by the template.

I feel the whole internet is slow right now, could have something to do about all vista users are upgrading to SP1 these days
