HFS doesn't have full unicode support yet.

I search the forum and got no information on this, thanks for taking me to the right place.
Is it so hard to make HFS Unicode compatible?
Unicode solve all the weird character problem across the world, IMO it's quite a priority.

Bug reports / UTF-8 filename handling

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying out the latest 2.3 BETA (285) under Windows 7 (English) but seems the server still need to use "AppLocale" to force running the server under certain language such as Japanese. Otherwise it simply skip the file (not displaying them).

I don't really need the Menu in other language but it's hard to change all the filename. Wish this problem can be solved in future release.

Want to donate a little bit ... but I found the button take me to PayPAL italian page and I can't read ... Can you change to English or add an English button?
