HFS ~ HTTP File Server / Can I create a folder from any of the terminals in my network?

when i upload files from a terminal, i can not find any option or button to create a folder. this  brings trouble to my file management, so can anyone tell me how to create a folder from a terminal PC in the network? Thanks in advance!
