On a first look, there aren't very much. Maybe they have licenced HFS, as the guys from
http://www.powernetservers.com/s_pnwfs.php did ?

hi guys :)
i'm happy to see such entusiasm in protecting my work, but i must say that people at http://powernetservers.com/ actually purchased a license from me to do what they are doing.
so, don't blame them, they are not only legal, but they gave me money for it :)
of course HFS will stay free, but they are licensed to do their work.

Maybe the same here?
Cheers,

Martok

Well, basically Winrx authors copied HFS's code without first asking rejetto and started a madness in the HFS forum. Later on Winrx and rejetto has signed a contract with the company which settled all this.
It was a long time ago, anyways :)
