Title: the shoutbox

i disabled the shoutbox for now, because i saw it was misleading for a lot of people.
it's because it was placed as on top, and people thought it was the place where to ask for help.
i'll re-enable it as soon as i have the time to move it to a different place.

No, i agree, but it is a cool gadget, you cant dissagree on that  ;)
