help Dyname DNS updater for LOCAL IP

Dyname DNS updater,
under the custom,

http://dynupdate.no-ip.com/dns?username=username&password=password&hostname=xxx.no-ip.org&ip=%ip%

it update my external ip with %ip% (202.170.51.xxx)

i want to update my local ip address (10.122.22.00) to no-ip, what should i change for the variable %ip% ?

your local ip address does not work over the internet.
so, what you are trying to do would lead to nothing.

will not work over internet by can work in local lan, cause my local ip address might change frequently , so is it very difficult to update it every time it change,
so is it anyway or solution for this problem ?

If your local IP changed often, than disable dhcp an give your networkcard a static ip adress of your subnet.
You reach our Webserver every day between 9 AM to 10 PM under: http://phampel.dyndns.org or http://free4you.dyndns.org

Pits' solution is good when it's possible, try it first.
And over the local network you can use your computer name,
set by the Windows options.
You can build your own virtual network with Hamachi.

yes, try these 2 solutions first
1. use the computer's name you set in windows, as address. It works here
2. if 1 doesn't work, set a fixed IP for you. an unused one.
