FHFS how to change user acount folder file paths?

I would like to know how/where i need to go and what to do to change my admin folder ".root" to a different file path

Orginal located at /.root

I want it at /Users/.root

(Also want to put all new users and previous (i don't have any previous users...) to that path)
Any help would be appreciated...

this user wants the accounts moved to
/webbox/"%user_folder" instead of /%user_folder

I think i anaswered my own question:

its at the base point when you first start and inatlize fhfs
