Messages from ICQ sometimes are coming as blank window, there is no messaages.. I installed last version ICQLite and all is OK

For what do you need this messanger??

Is &RQ can download contact-list from ICQ server like original ICQ client? Is there anywhere plugin for this? If not, so this feature will be very good in new version
