cyrillic in filenames. can't downlod.

HFS build 279, win7pro x64.
when trying to download a link with filename in cyrillic, getting 'Page unavailable'. I've played with 'URL encoding' in HFS setting. Still no success. HFS just waits for some time, afterwards produces 'page unavailable in browser and nothing in it's log :-(

1. is there "customized template" written in the status bar of HFS main window?
2. are you using a russian version of Windows?

а вот в архиве русский перестал работать
