Live v3.0.1 popup windows and IE

I have problem with popup window in Live v3.0.1 template. In Firefox there is all ok but in IE there is no frame displayed on popup window (e.g. search or upload). I think it's topup script modification problem...

Thanks for your response. I checked. In fact it's ok.
I'am using no-ip service.  When I use only no-ip domain it's all ok (of course when I use direct IP of my server is ok too...)  I found that the problem occurs only when I use my registered domain redirected to no-ip domain which direct to my server.
Now I know that the template is ok. Thx
