ok, i made something acceptable
you can translate all those files i said before, and you can include a .bmp as a flag, a description text and you have two commands
include, to include other files (to be able to split up in two or more files)
extends, specifies that you are exteding anothyer language module, so you can keep separated your modifications from the original language module

hard to say, i have to finish the translation system
it should include also the "codes" folder and "import notes.rtf"
in the past i didn't plan for those ones to be translated, but they should
lately i have not so much time, so i'm not able at the moment to make plans

i think &RQ will always be handy on slow machines
if i introduce a new slow feature is cause i think it's a great feature...as multi-language is
if i will implement birthday notification it's cause it won't slow anything and it won't eat 1mb ram (and won't take a week programming)
in the new release there will be an unexpected feature: playing audio cd
it could make you laugh, but it's a couple of kb, it doesn't slow anything, it fits well the design, and sometimes i need it
this feature is only a command for hotkeys.
i'm sure that noone will notice something bad with it.
It doesn't make sense like ICQ, to have alarm feature but to be unable to deal with url bookmark.

i tested and found that it saves that information rightly, but often it was saved only on quitting.
now i fixed this bug.
know, damme, that i had the same suspicious, but i found that groups collapsed often was expanded without noticing when searching contacts via keyboard. I often type the name of the contact i want to chat with, and while i type it, the search stops on the wrong contact until i typed all characters.
When it stops on a contact in a collapsed group, the group is expanded.
now i fixed this bug.
