nope, it's cause it was not "setting up", uh, it was "to get a forum working", including search, select, install and config
i never worked before with asp or php

i'm renaming sources and other identifiers, adding comments and enhancing certain things.
i need something decent before releasing sources

1. i'll try to test it on a winxp
2. it's normal if you are not connected and you are trying to connect. maybe you enabled autoconnect on start
