the fact you are getting those %build-time% and %comment% in the final page makes me think you are doing something wrong.

1. are you sure you are using build #074 ? (if you are unsure, please furnish a screenshot)

build 072's format is correct(but display wrong, can't display correct chinese char.), 073, 074 has problem

改成
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=gbk">
试试看

072以前的版面格式正確, 但不能直接顯示中文, 要改charset=big5
