Download Express is not fully compliant with RFC 2183.
anyway, beta23 will workaround this issue.

ok, at the moment these are the clients that have been tested and resulted supporting 4GB+ files:
- Reget Deluxe 4.1
- MetaProducts Download Express 1.7

I had other ideas when I was in bed last night, but I won't talk about that right now.

Hope the processQ bug is fixed.

Address2Name became banned
could someone else have used your computer while you was away? (s)he may have banned and unbanned in the while.

logs and ban configuration could have been useful, anyway

No, my wife has her own computer she uses for everything, and wouldn't know how to ban or unban if you asked her to, much less know how to bring up HFS or that it's there to bring up at all.  No kids in the house, and my cat is a smart alec, but not that kind of smart.  :D

In the VFS HFS currently accepts folder/filenames names containing 'insane' characters.

I'm referring to folder-/filenames containing the following characters: \ / : * ? " < > |
These are INVALID in file/foldernames and lead to inaccessible structures. rejetto could you prevent that?

Can sb tell me if there is any way to delete file that is already stored no server in real or virtual file system from a remote machine. If yes where can   be set the priviliges to do that for both file/folder and selected users

One more thing that I think may be useful is a possibility giving users from certain (chosen) accounts ability to coonect even that max connection number is exceded. That would be useful if someone needed acces to data despite any limitations ie: the system admin who also wants acces to his data remotely.

Are you talking about the Speed Limit option in Limits?

While using HFS I've came across another weird and rather disturbing thing.
I don't know if anyone else has it also but every time I restart HFS server the port on which it runs changes. I think it shouldn be hard to add selected port do config file so it was a perm value not changing with every run. It would be  just easier to access such a service, while sometimes reboots just hapens, and Server may be added to autostart

if port 80 is already occupied, Windows decide for a free port, and it changes everytime.
someone like this behaviour for security reasons.
if you want a fixed port, just type the number yourself, and it will never change.
