verify you are typing it right "login.icq.com"
and try changing your DNS server

for those of you who had the 11004 problem, you can redownload 0.9.4.17
www.rejetto.com/files/&RQ/&RQ09417.zip
this should fix the problem.

Which DNS server are u reffering to?
If you are talking about Primary DNS server that is given to you but your ISP then how would you deal with that problem??

you can specify another DNS server if you want
i did it sometimes when the server provided by my ISP was not working

a random number is not ok
you should know a real DNS server
sometimes i use 151.100.4.2
