+ saving vfs, propose the name of the open vfs
+ automatic OEM convertion for descript.ion files
- trying to fix the vfs corruption on loading abortion
- file list for "/a/new a" was broken
- ~nodefault broken in #103
- user icon indexes were not fixed, breaking icon masks

Great! ..thanks for fixing the corruption bug. The little thing with the favicon still seems to happen with this 105 too.
