Problem on Drawing Icon of ICQ' Users' Status

Since I was working on using &RQ on Wine. I found Wine Got Problems on Drawing Icon of Users Status (Online, N/A, Away, etc).

BTW, I found that the Icons is defined in the pic.ini. Icon with Offset Zero can be drawn in &RQ. Would you mind tell me the procedure or post some code of drawing Icons in &RQ ?

i use the delphi function draw(hdc, x,y,bitmap)
well, the first parameter is implicit: it is the object, draw is a method

Like The Steps of Constructing Icons From LIBPNG and How To Create
the HBitmap from PNG and Display it on the ICQ ?

e.g. Will You create HBitmap for Individiual Before Drawaint any Bitmap ?

"icons" as data structure are those used in tray area
are you referring to those ?
