Hello!
Does &rq have a possibility to insert non-standart smiles - like this:

I mean - may I use &rq chat window like an html-window (like in forums)
Meaybe some plugins foê this?

in &RQ you can program your smiles as you want, but they are all LOCAL.

ICQ protocol is not able to share pictures in messages, AFAIK.

How can I program my smilies in image pack?

take a look at smiles.ini file
it is quite easy
