I found "my" bug was resolved when I extraced the zip-file again, I guess some file was missing or something. Now I can see info again.

However I have a feature request:

Show internal IP in info window.

Bug with contact list import from icq2000x.  In &rq 0.8.1.21.

My friend reported, that &rq imported all of his 27 contacts into its "Contacts database", but only 11 of them were automatically added to a contact list.

His option "Show only online users" was off.

the importing bug has been just fixed

you can solve it manually by renaming contact.list in contact.list.txt (overwriting, of course)
it was just a filename problem

bug1: when the chat window is closed, and the incoming msg makes is to pop up, and "focus on chat window popup" preference is off, then chat window becomes focused.

when chat window is already open, it does not get a focus on incoming msgs, so this bug does not trigger.  but when the window is closed,  it becomes focused.  i think it shouldn't.

bug2: "open all groups" and "close all groups" items in a contact list context menu cause an access violation error.

terribel bug

i had "ignore oncoming/offgoing events if faster than" option turned on,
and then decided to turn it off, and turned off.  When pressed OK, I had
an access violation (AV) error.  Also, nothing was shown on the contact
list, it was all grey.  I then exited the &rq, so had 5 or 7 additional AVs.

unfortunately the bug is not related to that option
quite sure it has been introduced rewriting the contact list, and almost sure it happens during tree rebuilding. (when i clear and reinsert nodes)

it happened once to me, we have to understand how to reproduce it

bug
when i insert a text 8184 bytes long and hit CtrlEnter, &rq doesn't warn me, but tries to send it.  The server disconnects it.  &rq reconnects.

&rq should not attempt to send > 7000 bytes (which is a limitation of standard clients icq2000x).

It could warn, but as an option split the message in several message packets.

already planned of course to be aware of characters limitation, but i don't have a complete list of those limitations, then i always delayed this implementation.
I know that v7 -> v7 is limited to 7000chars when they are in-list.

Does someone have a complete list?

In "Preferences - Events - event: message", when I turn "pop up chat" on, and exit & relaunch &rq, the "pop up chat" is off.  This is stable behavior.
