what is really strange is that the IP address appears as assigned locally to your computer, that's what made me an idea in mind 8)

Because it is possible to assign multiple ips to a single network connection, it is therefore quite normal that hfs've referenced as such in the local IPs list, so it makes sense that each of them is accessible from any other computer with the network mask

I have reproduce your situation, and is listed as local ip in my hfs

the first risk is to activate "accept connections On Any adress" and over your machine is integrated in and accessible network by any other machine from this  subnet, therefore the address disappears from hfs

HFS is cleared

you must search the network cards in the advanced settings or IPv6 IP4 go to eradicate the corresponding IP address
