0.8.2.x should fix some bad behaviour about it
i'll be waiting for feedback from analog modem users

I often use a modem, so you could ask questions (via ICQ) if you'd like.

Well, initial feedback is as follows:

- &rq could detect modem disconnection, and don't try to auto-reconnect in this case.

- Also, it shouldn't pop up the connection error dialog in the previous case (regardless of the state of the "show connect errors" checkbox).

- &rq could detect modem connect, and reconnect if autoreconnect checkbox is checked.

- issue with modem-related "No error" message (I described the behavior via the emails earlier)

- No other things that I can recall right now.

- One possible special case is the following: on &rq startup, if "connect on startup" checkbox is checked, and modem is disconnected, THEN &rq should not try to connect.

i know you 56k users are having problems when line is dropped
i use adsl so i never test &RQ on such situations
i will try to do some tests in the near future
