HSF self test Error

I am getting test failed server does not answer you are behind a router error. I have opened my router config page and under virtual servers I have put port 1000 and for the type I have both. I have tried just tcp and just udp and now both but nothing seems to let HSF thru. I am using window 7 and I have allowed it thru my firewall also. Any help please.

Never mind I used my external ip from my friends house and it works lol stupid me =)*
