well, yes, it's possible, but it requires some programming skills, because the solution is not "ready".
there's a missing layer to join hfs and netview, and there are many ways to build this layer:
to make a netview script, or an hfs script, or even a totally separated software to monitor the hosts file.
if you are not able to do this you may ask someone to do it for you. it may take a couple of hours for the average programmer.
