And nice work here guys. We are also working on other methods of mp3 streaming (mucho js), but not much is happening because my computer is being hogged by vhs - dvd conversion and i cbf setting up my router to this old one haha.

After all, it IS a fileserver, not a music box. I see the mp3 streamer to "Preview" the music before you download it.

My thoughts about it : I would hate file-serving loads of single files ... it would make a carbon-copy like of a data base that already exist elsewhere (i.e Media Center). I also need extra flexibility to build my own playlists to share  (year/type/most played/best of, etc.) that's why I populate mostly *.wpl .mu3 playlist within Hfs (config. is all at the beginning of "the mp3 streamer" post it)

I'ts kinda weird to browse a site and suddenly a pron pic pops up

But TBH, i think that a link will do just fine, a mouseover can be triggered accidently and be annoying sometimes.

Terayon is, in my opinion ex aequo with Thuderchicken of Glory.

TBH, i dont like mouseover actions at all, a simple mouseclick shud do it but thats just me..

There are some things i want to point out though.
1. You've disabled the pngfix script

2. The text next to the item-name saying that the icon shows the preview is somewhat long

Anyway, i've implemented the pic preview function in v1.2, because i still think its a nice idea
But its not triggered by a mouseover function. Its linked by a small icon in the new QuickLinks tab.
