Hello everybody!

To transfer files using the https protocol, do I need to buy a license?

You did not understand me! If I'm sharing a video with the https protocol in the network, should I have some kind of license?

If the video has copyright, you must have an operating license for its broadcast,

apart from that, you are free to use any protocol http, https, ftp ....without paying license only if the software used is fully licensed under the GNU.

Does not work to transfer files using the https: protocol !

It registers an error that the server was not found. I'm using 443 port and loop back  in the settings of the router and hfs !
I have a static IP .

So, need to have domain with a SSL certificate ?!!
