Borland users, help me!

Trying to download the last hotfix, it says:

So i re-registerd, and once again it says the same error.
 
I need this hotfix because i have to restart my Delphi every 30 minutes cause of this bug.
The file is  BDS2006Upd2_HF12.zip

A Google search came up with that file which is actually downloadable, I'd say try it...

A virus search with avast! Home found nothing.
